Reanimation ?

-----Many people are dumping their Cable TV and replacing it with digital rabbit ears because of the cost.  The cable companies promised a smorgasbord of channel offerings in a post-analogue world.  They never provided the means to select just the channels that you are willing to pay for.  Everything is offered on tiers.  To get one channel on a tier, you have to buy the whole tier.  This makes your monthly bill add up very fast and become unwieldy.  Digital rabbit ears will provide different results depending where you live, but in many cases will get you three or more essential channels.  Add a Roku (internet content streamer) box and you have access to all the internet offers including NetFlix, Hulu, HBOGo etc.  Hopefully, very soon, there won't be a good reason to continue being ripped off by the cable companies.

-----Talk about nuts:  George Lucas wants to digitally resuscitate dead actors to be in new productions.   While I believe this is possible, I can't imagine taking advantage of a person's image (or karma) that way.  This guy is bananas!  After all, why have actors at all ?  They can all be figments of a computer's imagination and thereby save the studio megabucks.
